    • 25th: For the 17th consecutive year, Hawaiian Airlines maintain the top record performance with 87.5% of the flights arriving on time
  • March
    • 1st: Hawaiian Airlines introduces their New Executive Chefs, Wade Ueoka and Michelle Karr-Ueoka owners of Honolulu’s MW and Artizen restaurants.
    • 10th: Hawaiian Airlines starts a non-stop flight service between Kahului, Maui and Long beach California.
    • 13th: Hawaiian Airlines starts a non-stop flight service between Orlando to Honolulu.
    • 15th: Hawaiian Airlines continues to expand the Pre-Clears programs to Japan and South Korea
    • 16th: Hawaiian Airlines start a non-stop flight service from Honolulu to Ontario
    • 23rd: Hawaiian Airlines Begins ticket sales from Maui to Phoenix.

    • 18th: Hawaiian Airlines recommence its flight service to Tahiti.

    • 8th: Hawaiian Airlines starts non-stop flight service from Honolulu to American Samoa.

    • 7th: Los Angeles international Airport will move the terminals of Hawaiian Airlines from Terminal 5 to Terminal B, also know as Tom Bradley International Terminal.

  • April
    • 6th: Hawaiian Airlines starts a non-stop flight service from Honolulu to Auckland, New Zealand
    • 20th: Hawaiian Airlines partners with Jason Mamoa’s Mananalu Water Company using recycled aluminum bottles.
    • 25th: Hawaiian Airlines dispatchers signs a new 5 years contract increasing wages and work benefits for the employees.

    • 5th: New Yor’s John F, Kennedy International moved Hawaiian Airlines to Terminal 4.
    • 27th: Hawaiian Airlines recommence flight service to Tokyo Haneda Airport and HNL.

  • January
    • 25th: Hawaiian Airlines will resume flight service between Honolulu and Fukuoka
    • 31st: Tom Zheng is appointed as a Vice President of Technical Operation Business Planning and Service for Hawaiian Airlines
  • February
    • 10th: Airline Pilots Association and Hawaiian Airlines union’s memberships have agreed to sign a 4-year contract to significantly increase the compensations for more than 1,000 pilots.

    • 23rd: Hawaiian Airlines have reached agreement with Gevo, a biofuel company, to purchase 50 million gallons of sustainable Aviation Fuel for the next 5 years.

    • 15th: A new interior and a new premium class service called ‘ the Leihoku Suites’, was revealed for Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner in Honolulu.

    • 6th: Hawaiian Airlines begins its ticket sales for the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner to Bay Area and Los Angeles
    • 7th: Hawaiian Airlines will resume to start flight service from Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport to Tokyo’s Haneda Airport.
